Our Voluntary Returns Policy.

As a buyer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving reasons, if the returned products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition.

Before you return an item please contact us on info@ginamis.com so we can make the necessary arrangements. 

Items that are opened or damaged will be denied a refund.
